GET CONNECTED

Getting connected at Refuge is all about showing up and building relationships! Here are a few ways for you to begin plugging in at Refuge:

Step 1
Join us on a Sunday morning!

We’re a pretty informal place. Grab a coffee and stop by the Connections Table near the front entrance for information on upcoming events. The host will be glad to show you around!

Step 2
Get to know us!

Connections Cafe is held every few weeks after the 10:00 AM service. Enjoy a light lunch courtesy of Refuge and meet some of our leaders. We will provide an overview of some of Refuge’s structures and answer any questions you may have!

Subscribe to our newsletter to find out more about what’s happening in the life of Refuge.

Grab a coffee with one of our elders or ministry leaders to share your story or to hear ours.

Step 3
Engage throughout the week.

Gospel Community Groups

GC’s are our primary vehicle for building gospel-centered relationships. They usually meet weekly in the homes of Refuge members throughout the St. Charles area. GC’s share meals, reflect on God’s Word, pray together, & encourage and care for each other.

Men’s and Women’s Ministries

Our men’s and women’s ministries regularly host events to help people connect and build relationships. Some of these events have included: Pinterest Craft Night, Father-Child Fishing, Cardinals Games, Woodworking, trips to the wineries, etc. We also have annual retreats, and periodic prayer meetings and Bible studies.

Step 4
make refuge home.

Refuge Essentials is our pathway to membership. This 3-week class takes place every spring and fall and is a great way to meet other people who are interested in knowing more about Refuge. Elders lead each week as we discuss the history, beliefs, and mission of Refuge.

Volunteer to help our Sunday services run smoothly. There are many ways you can serve in the weekly life of Refuge. From greeting people, to setting up coffee, to loving our children, we have a place for you.
